Really took my time to look for a good machine shop around town to have my cylinder head resurfaced and rebuilt. I decided on Auto Block Welders and I can't say that I regret it. The bottom of my head was as smooth as glass and everything worked perfectly when I put it back together, no leaks in the head gasket.

Extremely fast service. Took only two days to machine my engine block and crankshaft. There were metal shavings and metallic residue leftover from the magnafluxing. Also, they don't take much time or communicate well to see what services you want done. Ended up paying for an extra service I didn't need but the prices are reasonable, the service is fast, and the overall quality of the machining seems excellent. Last point, make sure you tell them if there's anything you want to reuse!!! They will throw old parts away (like pistons when overboring and spark plugs if they're still in the head) if you don't specify to keep them.
